  14. I have a few doubts about "Hardware RTS/CTS flow control".   
  15.  
  16. (1)  Does this flow control happen only between the DTE and the DCE (modem) ? 
  17.  
  18. (2) if on one of the ends I had DTE rate slower than the connect rate would 
  19. the modem internally buffer the data ?
  20.  
  21. (3) Is there any flow control happening between the modems ?
